Sketch or art charges will only apply for drawings if they are very extensive, detailed, require research or involve multiple trips.
No open ended hourly rate, after consultation and I have the scope of the project,

Stuff to think about . . .
• Volume of wall space covered and detail of painting.
• Obstacles, height and surface textures.
• Masking off areas, moving furniture, covering fixtures and floors can be a large time factor.
• Surfaces must be in good shape, new walls should be ready for my primers and paints.
• Background for mural area can be painted by me interior or exterior.
• Some small spot repair OK, I cannot be responsible for previous paint sticking problems.
• I use a thin clear coat to protect and flatten the sheen on most interior graphics.
• Materials will be typical safe paints & solvents, etc. Job may require ladder or scaffolding rental.
• For projects lasting more than a few days out of town, accommodations can be discussed.
